Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 carrots, grated
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix in order listed and store in refrigerator.
