1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. canned milk
1 c. milk
6 Tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk (just yolk)
Preparation

Cook together brown sugar, butter and canned milk until thick and brown.
Add 1 cup milk, flour and egg yolk and cook until thick.
Put on meringue and bake until brown.
