California Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. torn assorted greens
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. mushroom slices
1 c. red onion rings
Catalina French dressing
Preparation

Combine green, oranges, avocado, mushrooms and onion rings in a salad bowl.
Toss lightly.
Serve with dressing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
