Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. apples, chopped (Red Delicious)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together.
Bake 55 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
