Pineapple And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix
together
pineapple
and
grated
cheese.
Combine together sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
Mix in with pineapple and cheese mixture.
Crush Ritz crackers and layer top with crackers.
Cut margarine over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
