Lite Bugle Call Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing mix
    12 chicken breast tenderloins, unbreaded
    2 c. reduced fat Bugles, finely crushed (about 1 c. crumbs)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine the skim milk and Ranch dressing mix.
    Dip each tenderloin into the milk mixture and then coat with the crushed Bugles.
    Place on a baking sheet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
    Lightly spray each of the tenderloins with the cooking spray.
    Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
