Reuben Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
8 slices Swiss cheese
Thousand Island dressing
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Put breasts in a greased or sprayed baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
Top with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8.
