Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, shortening and eggs; add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
