Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. ReaLemon juice (bottled)
    1/4 c. oil (optional)
    1 c. water
    1 to 2 c. raisins
    chunks of potatoes
    chicken
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, cheese, lemon juice, oil and water.
    Put in chicken and marinate overnight or at least 4 hours.
    Remove chicken and put in baking pan with potatoes.
    Pour half the marinade over the chicken and potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and add the rest of the mixture, baking for 15 more minutes.
    Next, turn the chicken again and sprinkle the raisins in the pan and bake for 15 more minutes. Carrots may be substituted for potatoes.
