Honey-Citrus Pork Chops(Low-Fat, Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 pork chops (1-inch thick), well trimmed
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. light salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Place pork chops in flat baking dish.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, dry mustard, light salt, pepper, allspice, ginger and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Pour over pork chops and marinate several hours, turning once or twice.
Place pork chops and sauce in broiler about 6-inches from heat, basting frequently with sauce. Cook 15 minutes on each side until well done.
