Vegetable Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 small head broccoli
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1 small head cauliflower, chopped
Preparation
-
Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in bouillon. Add other vegetables and cook partially.
Add bouillon as needed to keep moist. Add garlic powder and pepper.
Stuff turkey.
