Hacienda Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Frijoles refritos or 1 (29 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. sour cream
salt to taste
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 or more Tbsp. hot sauce or jalapeno chiles
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in double boiler and heat until cheese melts and dip is warm.
Serve warm.
