Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
    1/4 tsp. mace (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, apples, pecans and other dry ingredients well.
    Add eggs, slightly beaten, and oil last.
    Toss until mixed. Do not stir or mix in electric mixer.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in tube pan.
