Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. seasoned dressing bread
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salted boiling water until tender.
    Saute carrots and onions in 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups dressing bread, soup, sauteed carrots and onions and sour cream together; fold in drained zucchini.
    Use remaining 1/2 cup dressing bread for topping.
    Bake in moderate oven until heated through.
