Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2-inch boneless pork chops
    4 to 6 medium thin-sliced peeled potatoes
    1 envelope Lipton onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    In skillet brown pork chops; drain.
    In greased 2-quart baking dish arrange potatoes, then pork chops.
    Add onion if like, then add soup mix thoroughly blended with water.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour or until potatoes are tender (350\u00b0).
    Yields 4 servings.
