Quick Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. ground comino
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat with comino and garlic salt in skillet.
    Drain. Reduce heat to low.
    Add 1/2 of Velveeta.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture into tortillas and roll up. Place, seam down, in baking dish.
    Top with remaining grated cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
