Sausage Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    8 slices fresh bread
    3/4 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and fry.
    Drain and pat with paper towels. Trim off bread crusts and cut into cubes.
    Place bread crumbs in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add sausage and cheese.
    Mix mushroom soup, eggs and milk and pour over the layers.
    Cover; let set overnight in the refrigerator.
    Bake the next day, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
