Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 1/3 c. boiling water
6 oz. can orange juice (undiluted)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly.
Add frozen orange juice, stirring to melt.
Chill until slightly runny and add pineapple and oranges.
Pour into shallow pans or mold.
Chill and serve on lettuce, topped with mayonnaise.
Serves 10.
