Spinach And Rice(A Favorite Rice Dish Alone Or With Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh spinach or 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2 c. long grain rice
    4 c. chicken broth or water with bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse fresh spinach.
    Remove and discard stems.
    Chop leaves. If using frozen, thaw and squeeze dry.
