Potato Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. light sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Ranch Style party dip
    4 baking potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
    Cut each potato half lengthwise into 3 wedges.
    Arrange potato wedges in a spoke circle on a large microwavable platter.
    Melt margarine for 30 seconds in the microwave.
    Brush potatoes with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave for 7 minutes on High.
    Turn the platter halfway around.
    Microwave for 8 minutes.
    Remove wax paper.
    Sprinkle cheese over potatoes immediately.
    Serve with the prepared party dip.
