Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 can creamed corn
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. shortening
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chili pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Pour half the batter in greased pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
Add rest of batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
