Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

1 pkg. California Blend frozen vegetables
8 oz. Velveeta
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook vegetables and drain.
Cube cheese on top.
Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
