Brahm'S Simply Wonderful Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cranberries
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cognac or brandy
Preparation
    Place cranberries in an 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish (or same sized baking pan).
    Sprinkle sugar evenly over berries.
    Dribble cognac over sugar.
    Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and refrigerate.
