Hot Mexican-Style Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, skinless halibut or haddock fillets
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (mild, medium or hot; your preference)
    1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced, ripe olives, drained
    5 lemon or lime wedges
Preparation
    Place frozen fish on 20 x 12-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Seal securely.
    Cook on ungreased cookie sheet in 450\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Turn back foil and pour margarine over fish. Sprinkle with salt.
    Top with salsa and olives.
    Cook, uncovered, until sauce is hot, about 10 minutes.
    Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
    Yields 5 servings.
