Blender Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    dash of nutmeg
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Partially thaw broccoli.
    Place in blender with 1/2 cup of milk.
    Blend until fine.
    Add remaining milk, cream, onion, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Blend until smooth.
    Heat on stove.
    Add cheese and simmer.
