Blue Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese
16 oz. softened cream cheese
2 rolls Nippy or sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Allow cheese to soften to room temperature.
Mix well. Add garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce and mix again. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Shape into balls and roll in parsley and pecans.
Chill.
