Baked Salmon Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Gruyere cheese
1 tsp. fresh dill weed or 1/4 tsp. dried
3 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, minced
3 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. Gruyere
Preparation

Butter spring-form pan with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter (if pan leaks, cover outside with foil).
Mix bread crumbs, Gruyere and dill; sprinkle evenly over bottom of pan.
Press into pan. Refrigerate.
