Crab Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch of sugar
tiny bit onion
1 egg
12 to 15 crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, then fold in crab meat and crackers.
Drop by spoonfuls onto floured pan.
Sprinkle flour on top of crab cakes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then fry until golden brown.
