Easy Party Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. corned beef (brisket)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 small bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook corned beef in crock-pot for 8 hours.
    Add a little water and stir in intervals so the top doesn't get tough.
    After 8 hours, drain and shred beef.
    Mix together cheese, sauerkraut and salad dressing.
    Add this to the meat and heat until the cheese melts.
    Do not overheat.
    Serve over rye or black bread.
