Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apples (red)
1 c. celery
1/2 c. California walnuts, coarsely broken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Core and slice apples, then dice, leaving the red outer peel. Cut celery, first cut a stalk in 3 or 4 long strips, then cut on the bias across several strips at once, making thin one-inch lengths.
