Peanut Butter Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. ice water
Preparation

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add melted chocolate. Blend well.
Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add alternately with water to peanut butter-chocolate mixture. Pour into 3 (8-inch) greased layer pans or a 10-inch greased tube pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, until done, about 30 to 35 minutes for layer pans, 55 to 60 minutes for tube pan.
Cool and frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.
