Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. Quaker 100% Natural cereal
    approximately 1 c. mashed bananas
    2/3 c. skim milk (or water)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly spray bottoms of muffin tin cups with Pam spray or line with baking cups.
    Sift together dry ingredients and stir in cereal.
    Combine bananas, milk, oil and egg.
    Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
