Yummy Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix

Preparation

Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch).
Cook meat.
Salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake until knife comes out clean, approximately 5 to 8 minutes more.
Cool 5 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
