Hot Chile-Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce (mild or medium)
    1/2 c. hot taco sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain off pan drippings.
    Stir in next 6 ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into a chafing dish; sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 4 cups.
