Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Make into 2 loaves; refrigerate overnight.
    Slice and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
