Fresh Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large grapefruit, peeled and white pith removed
    3 c. red seedless grapes
    3 large navel oranges, peeled and white pith removed
    1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put fruit in bowl; add honey and vanilla.
    Toss to mix and coat.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
