Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic in fry pan.
    Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Line a greased casserole dish with tortillas (that have been softened slightly by frying in 2 tablespoons bacon grease for flavor).
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Combine soup with milk; pour over top.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
