Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bulk chorizo sausage
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    Burrito Sauce or mild salsa, warmed
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    black pepper
    4 (6-inch) tortillas
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion and green pepper until done.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs, milk and black pepper together.
    Melt butter in skillet. Add egg mixture.
    Cook, without stirring, until eggs begin to set on bottom and around edges.
    Using spatula, lift and fold partially cooked eggs so uncooked egg flows underneath.
    Cook until done.
    Remove from heat.
