Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) jar enchilada sauce
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped black olives
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    12 flour tortillas, sliced into 4 lengths
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. Colby cheese
Preparation
    In one container, mix olives, chilies, milk, soups and meat. Layer in a cake pan:
    1/4 sauce, 1/2 tortillas, 1/4 sauce, 1/2 cheese, 1/4 sauce, 1/2 tortillas, 1/4 sauce and 1/2 cheese.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
