Microwave Potatoes Anna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium onion
1/3 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Thinly slice potatoes and onion.
Alternate potatoes, onion and soup (which has been mixed with water) in casserole dish. Salt and pepper each layer.
Pour melted margarine over all. Microwave for 15 to 20 minutes on High (until potatoes are tender).
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serves 5 to 8.
