Fried Rice With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. oil
    3 beaten eggs
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 green onions, chopped
    dash of ginger
    2 Tbsp. rice wine (if desired)
Preparation
    Cut shrimp into small pieces.
    Mix with cornstarch and salt. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok to 400\u00b0.
    Stir-fry shrimp and green onions until pink, about 30 seconds.
    Remove.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok, pour in beaten eggs.
    Scramble fine.
    Remove.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok and add rice, soy sauce and ginger. Stir-fry until thoroughly heated.
    Add eggs, shrimp and rice wine. Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Recipe is also good without shrimp or good with leftover pork or beef.
