Cheese-Filled Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 envelope dry spaghetti mix
1/3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, spaghetti mix and ketchup.
In large, shallow pan, shape into loaf, placing cheese in center and sealing edges tightly.
Bake 50 minutes or until done.
