Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together, then add persimmon last.
    Grease and flour 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 50 to 60 minutes.
