Low-Fat Banana Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. skim milk
1 (4 oz.) carton Egg Beaters
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 4)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. bran flakes cereal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray 12 muffin cups with vegetable spray.
In bowl combine milk, egg substitute, bananas and oil. Stir in cereal.
Let stand 5 minutes.
