German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes, cooked
    6 strips bacon
    3/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    In large skillet, fry bacon; remove.
    Cook onion in bacon drippings.
    Blend flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper in with onion.
    Remove from heat; stir in water and vinegar.
    Heat until boiling.
    Crumble bacon into mixture and stir in cut up potatoes.
