Ground Beef A La Donna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced thick
    1 pepper, in large chunks
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    basil and oregano
    onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 to 2 c. raw cabbage, shredded or sliced
Preparation
    Fry onion, pepper and beef together in a skillet; drain.
    Add salt, pepper, basil, oregano and onion soup mix to taste.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix all together and cook 5 minutes to blend flavors.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 45 minutes (until cabbage is tender).
    Serve over rice, beans or pasta.
