Tangy Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 to 14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
    1/2 c. reduced-calorie Italian dressing
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    parsley sprig for garnish
    Mr. Phipps pretzel chips
Preparation
    In small bowl mix artichokes, salad dressing, cheese, peppers and parsley until well blended.
    Cover; chill until serving time. Garnish with parsley.
    Serve as a dip with pretzel chips.
