Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs and mix well. Stir in sweet potatoes.
    Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
    Add alternately with milk.
    Do not overmix.
    Fold in pecans and raisins.
    Grease 1 1/2-inch muffin tin and fill 2/3 full of batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
