Perky Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and water until frosty.
    Add pecans and coat well.
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Add nuts and mix. Bake in a jelly roll pan at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
