Lamb Or Beef With Yoghurt(Lebanese Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lamb or beef
1 tsp. salt
4 c. water
8 small whole onions
1 qt. Yoghurt Sauce (follows)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. dried mint
Preparation

Boil the lamb or beef in water and salt for 30 minutes.
Add onions and cook until the meat is well done.
There will be very little broth left.
Add Yoghurt Sauce to meat and onions; cook over low flame for 15 to 20 minutes, until it thickens.
Brown garlic and mint in butter and add to the yoghurt and meat.
Cook 5 more minutes.
Serve with rice.
